I met Deborah just by chance watching a movie with a mutual friend. When I found out she was a real estate agent, I mentioned that my wife and I were planning to start looking for a house but were completely unfamiliar with the process (having always rented previously). She went over everything we would need to do and answered every question we had, and was always available to show us houses. Because of her staying on top of everything, we closed on our new home just two months after we started looking - it was the second home we offered on and we were able to get it after the competing offer the owners had originally accepted fell through. Deborah arranged for the inspection, got the owners to agree to repair almost everything that was found - there wasn't a lot wrong, but it was still a decent amount of money saved for us - and even arranged a termite inspection and remediation. She sent me any paperwork I needed to sign in a flash and made the entire process completely transparent and easy to understand. I can't recommend her highly enough!
