Gulshen grew up in Malaysia, England, and Ireland before relocating to the United States. She has more than twenty years doing project management and product development, and sourcing in the garment, cosmetic and textile industries for companies around the world. Gulshen has always had a passion for design, architecture and travel. “I like to think my international background and travel experiences has given me an eye for esthetics and a genuine understanding and appreciation that people are busy and buying a home can be extremely stressful and time consuming. It has always been my mission to make the home buying or selling process positive, enjoyable and as stress-free as possible for my clients.” Gulshen loves to get to know her clients so well that finding the perfect home for them becomes almost second nature! “I am keenly aware and grateful for the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business; and hopefully make a new friend in the process.”
